Terms of the Temporal Contract

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering, or completing a transaction on aeonverse.art (the “Portal”), you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract. If you do not agree with any clause, you must refrain from using our services. Your continued interaction with Curated Cart signifies explicit acceptance of these terms, including future updates transmitted through our quantum channels.

2. Artifact Claims & Rarity Verification

Each artifact listed on our platform is described with specific attributes — including material resonance, timeline edition, and unique cryptographic fingerprint. Ownership passes to the buyer upon full settlement of the price (in either fiat currency or approved token forms). ÆON reserves the right to limit quantities per customer for limited “dimensional drops”. All sales are subject to availability; if an artifact becomes unavailable after your order, you will receive a full refund or store credit with a temporal bonus of 5%.

Provenance: Every artifact includes a blockchain-anchored certificate of authenticity. Forging or misrepresenting an ÆON artifact is a violation of interdimensional trade laws and may result in permanent banishment from the Guild.

3. Pricing & Quantum Ledger

All prices are displayed in major fiat equivalents or ÆON credits (₿). Taxes, customs, and other regulatory fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly noted. ÆON reserves the right to adjust pricing for future drops without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the price displayed at checkout. In the event of a clear pricing error (e.g., a 10,000₿ artifact listed as 10₿), ÆON may cancel the transaction and refund the amount paid.

4. Interdimensional Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via our network of quantum couriers and verified postal services. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed due to unforeseen reality fluctuations. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier address. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error. For lost packages, please contact our Oracle Support within 30 cycles (days) of the expected delivery window.

• Digital Artifacts: Delivered via secure wallet or email link within 24 hours.
• Physical Relics: Signature may be required for high-value items.

5. Returns & Resonant Exchanges

We want you to resonate with your artifact. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for most unused items in original packaging. Custom-made or “resonance-bonded” artifacts (marked as final sale) are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, submit a ticket via the Guild dashboard. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by ÆON only if the artifact is defective or misdescribed.

6. Intellectual Property & ÆON Identity

The Curated Cart name, logos, typography, artifact designs, and all original content (including product descriptions, lookbooks, and the “future relic” concept) are exclusive property of the ÆON Collective. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the site or our artifacts’ design patents without explicit written permission. Purchasing an artifact grants you personal ownership of that physical/digital object, but not the rights to mass-produce or create derivative works.

7. Limitation of Liability & Timeline Integrity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curated Cart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any artifact, including but not limited to timeline dissonance, data loss, or psychic resonance anomalies. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that artifact. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so this may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Data & Privacy Rifts

We collect personal information (name, address, email, transaction history) to process orders, improve our services, and send you occasional anomalous communications. Your data is never sold to third parties without consent, though we may share it with service providers (payment processors, shipping partners) under strict confidentiality. You have the right to request deletion of your data via our Oracle portal. For complete details, refer to our separate Privacy Rift Document (available upon request).

9. Governing Chrono-Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the New Terra Meridian (fictional jurisdiction for creative purposes) and, where applicable, the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Curated Cart shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Interdimensional Arbitration Guild. You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. For low-value claims (under $500), you may bring an action in small claims court.

10. Amendments & Severability

Curated Cart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the “effective date” updated. Your continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of ÆON to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
